Ethiopia Beloya

This specialty coffee is from the Yirgacheffe region, produced by members of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Collective Union (YCFCU).  The YCFCU ensures that coffees are produced in a sustainable manner and that the farmers get fair representation in the industry.  

This coffee is unique from our other offerings because it's naturally processed.  Naturally processed coffees are usually sweeter than wet processed coffees and this one is a good example of that.  You can learn more about naturally processed coffees from our blog.  

Preparation Recommendations:  A coffee this distinct begs to be brewed in a Chemex with a paper filter.  In doing so, you'll enjoy a clean and very pronounced coffee, unburdened by the bitter solubles that coarse filters (i.e. metal) let past.
