  • The Antioquia region consistently produces some of Colombia's best coffees.  The region is located in what is called the coffee belt, in the Andean Mountains and here, coffee is produced year-round with various harvest peaks.

This is a collective effort of fifteen farmers, all members of the Grupo Giraldo Exotico de Altura.

Preparation Recommendations:  This coffee tastes great with a 17:1 water-to-coffee ratio.  It's also good with more body, so methods such as a French press or a Chemex with a metal cone filter will produce delicious results.
